E-Commerce Outbound Encoder

**JOB OBJECTIVE**:
On-time preparation of all required parcels with the right quantity and quality.
**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.
Scans all items per pick bin based on order date prioritization.
2.
Print Shipping Labels and Customer Invoices.
3.
Ensure all labels and invoices are accurate according to the pick bin assigned.
4.
Escalate any issues encountered in the ERP system to the immediate head.
5.
Always Observes GMP/GWP and safety standards.
6.
Performs whatever function that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
7.
Always Ensure no pending orders for scanning more than the allotted lead time of e-commerce platforms.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
**Educational Attainment**:

- Graduate of any four (4) year course preferred, college level or associates degrees

**Experience required**:

- Minimum 6 months experience in warehousing environment, preferably in fast moving consumer goods industry.
**Skills/Qualities requirement**:

- Good communication skills
