The E-Commerce Support Supervisor shall monitor the activities within the assigned group, from putaway to order fulfilment. He shall coordinate these activities to ensure that the items are properly processed/picked and endorsed to the dispatch section on a timely manner.
1. Put Away and Stocks Management
Ensures that items are properly transferred physically by E-Comm DC Processing Staff to its designated storage slot.Conducts spot checking as to accuracy of the following:Bin cards/Packing list against actual count of stocks on-hand vs. JDA-MMS inventory balances.Physical return of orders and defectives and follow through merchandising disposition.Regularly inspects the proper piling/stacking of merchandise.Sees to it that the following are promptly reported to the department concerned for proper action:Slow-moving itemsUnacted return ordersDefective for dispositionNearly expiring items2. Picking
Ensures system order fulfillment and turnover are accurate and timely.Monitors incoming orders in system portal on a regular basis (i.e., every 15 minutes).Assigns orders to Pickers on a per batch basis, prints and provides Picking List/s to assigned Picker/s.Randomly chooses Picker/s on a regular basis (i.e., hourly) to check picking accuracy, quality of picked item and picking speed.Monitors the prompt submission of picking/order forms for picking approval and entry of picked quantity in the system portal.Validates accuracy of picking prior to approval and entry in system portal.3. Packing of Orders
Oversees the packing of items for delivery to customer.Randomly chooses Packer/s on a regular basis (i.e., hourly) to check accuracy in system portal entry and box labelling, compliance to packing guidelines and packing speed.Ensures the proper sealing and labeling of the boxes containing the items.Ensures that all packed orders for delivery will be endorsed to dispatch section on a timely manner.4. Administrative
Identifies, analyzes, and solves problems in their area of work to continually improve the quality, productivity and related issues of their work, processes, and services.Effectively supervises employees assigned to work group.Trains, coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees assigned to work group.Attends required meetings and appointments promptly.Attends to concerns immediately.Schedules the work force daily to ensure proper staffing based on work volume.Coordinates the maintenance of equipment guiding both preventive maintenance and coordinating all necessary repairs with the DC Manager.Prepares and promptly submits ad hoc reports, as necessary.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted through Viber or SM.
