E-Commerce Marketing Assistant

Shopex seeks an experienced E-commerce Marketing Assistant to help senior marketing staff and executives develop, implement, and monitor our E-commerce marketing campaigns. Your main responsibilities include creating product pages, managing our online store's product catalogs, updating the product information database as necessary, and ensuring product pages and content are displayed properly.Responsibilities •Upload new products to all our online platforms and manage our shop catalogs •Maintain and update the product information database regularly, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and up-to-date•Assist content, design, and e-commerce departments in planning and producing content and visual materials for marketing campaigns across the company's, social media page, email promotions, and ads•Monitor the sales performance of our online shop, and provide insights to optimized sales strategies and improve the online shopping experience•Support the e-commerce team in managing product listings, descriptions, and pricing on (Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok) all online channels, ensure product descriptions are accurate•Assists and collaborates with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.•Checking competitor's price•Develop campaigns to increase digital sales
