Overview of Skills & Tasks Required
Digital Marketing
KEAP Marketing Automation & CRM platform (formerly InfusionSoft) - Intermediate to Advanced knowledge and skills required
Team member will be given their own licence to KEAP which has a wealth of training videos and help articles etc however, I am seeking someone who has worked with KEAP and can get going fast as it is the main platform that drives my business and scale / funnels etc / KEAP is the engine that drives all other
integration, programs, CRM
**Tasks include**:
ommunity
- Building lead nurturing and welcome sequences
- Creating Funnels and Deploying existing funnels and campaigns
- Creating new marketing campaigns as required they may include pre-recorded webinars - this is all part of campaigns and funnel management
- Landing page creation and management + tagging and list
management (a lot of this exists already it's about building what is there and overall management)
- Add new products & services to KEAP as required
- Send invoices from KEAP as required + oversee digital payments (STRIPE) and connecting to landing pages and sales pages all driven by KEAP
- Create other automated workflows as required
Creative and Design skills
Using CANVA + other free image sourcing tools/platforms for slide decks in PowerPoint and/or Canva templates, lead magnets PDFS + other marketing tools, worksheets, course materials + social media design and management

Tasks Include**:
- Designing slide decks for keynote talks, workshops and webinars
- Designing lead magnets, worksheets, workbooks, other PDF style materials
- Design social media templates
Social Media Management
Facebook & Instagram
Designing of creative assets, sourcing of content and adding to content library, reviewing and repurposing of existing content (I have tonnes of blogs, posts etc that can be broken down and repurposed across social) + editing of
social videos using VEED IO or similar
**Tasks include**:
- Designing and scheduling social media posts and building /maintaining a content calendar
- Help launch and manage Facebook Groups for my online program (coming)
- Respond to frequently asked questions through Facebook Group
- Approve requests to join Facebook group and oversee all admin of it
- Join me to assist with Facebook Lives or other online forums as required
- General day to day management of Business Facebook and Instagram
- In future - review Facebook ad tracking reports in support of me and other Facebook for business related tasks)
- Research and create social media hashtags and content in my expert areas
- Social video editing - short form 2mins and under + Instagram Reels
General Business + Admin
**Tasks include**:
- Day to Day management of Gmail inbox
(which I will assign to VA)
- Monthly uploading of BLOG including sourcing images to website + general website management working with my web developer
- SEO SKILLS/Knowledge is a bonus and welcomed
- In future - assist me with the set-up of my new online programs via my online course TECH - Xperiencify (when the time comes I'll ensure training is available) Xperiencify will link to KEAP and KEAP will drive all automation and purchase funnels and follow up for online programs
Qualifications And Requirements
I am looking for someone who is highly organised, isn't afraid to ask questions and who has strong digital marketing skills and a desire to learn and grow.
The core needs focus heavily on Digital Marketing, Content Creation for multiple forums & Social Media Management.
