Position: E-Commerce Manager

Requirements:
• bachelors Degree holder. MBA is an advantage.
• With 5 years total experience in End to end E-commerce experience.
• With 3-5 years Managament experience.
• With knowelegde in strategizing traffic generation and conversion on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and changes in the e-commerce ecosystem
• Can start as soon as possible is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Establish and execute strategic e-commerce initiatives to maximize online sales and brand visibility.
• Develop and execute campaign structure and strategy, targeting tactics, and cadence for reporting, performance reviews and forward planning
• Drive monthly revenue to meet targets by employing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics to optimize revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Develop and implement strategies for traffic generation and conversion on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
• Develop and adapt go-to-market, seller/brand growth, and merchandise strategies tailored to the local market to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and value propositions, while crafting business proposals based on the
• analysis of business strengths and customer needs.
• Oversee live-stream sales events to boost customer engagement and sales.
• Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Drive business growth through product optimization, effective merchant management, and thorough data analysis.
