E-Commerce Manager

E-commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing the online sales and presence of the company.
Strategy Development - Creating and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth, increase website traffic and enhance the user experience.
Product Management - Overseeing product listing, ensuring accurate description, pricing and imagery.
Website Monitoring - Collaborating with web developers to ensure the website is functional, user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
Digital Marketing - Leading or collaborating on digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, advertising, social media marketing
Customer Experience - Ensuring smooth online purchasing processes, including managing checkout flows, payment options and handling customer service inquiries.
Developing strategies to build customer loyalty and personalized marketing.
Competitor Analysis - Monitoring competitor's e-commerce strategies and market trends adjusting plans to stay competitive.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years in e-commerce or digital marketing with proven online sales growth.
Strong digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, project management, and leadership skills.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee) and web optimization.
Data-driven, customer-focused, adaptable, and up-to-date with market trends.
Location : Urdaneta, Pangasinan (onsite)
