Position Overview:
Activate Talent is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Manager to join our team at Active Pooling. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's e-commerce platform and driving online sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and website management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and maximize revenue. Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to plan and execute effective digital marketing campaigns. Requirements Requirements:
Proven years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Walmart or WooCommerce. Strong understanding of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Proven track record of driving online sales growth and achieving revenue targets. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize website performance and user experience.
