E-Commerce Head

Responsibilities:Responsible for daily operations and various tasks including but not limited to product posting, registration, update of key visuals, inventory, stock management, and working closely with internal teams including Marketing, Graphics, and Customer Service to launch successful campaigns and achieve operational excellence.Coordinate with cross departments for campaign implementation and stock management.Manage inventory and allocation processes internally to ensure compliance with respective departments.Organize cross-functional or test-and-learn projects.Analyze traffic to help the team evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.Aid support to increase customer engagement, maintain a good customer experience, and ensure the smoothness of day-to-day e-commerce operations.Maximize product and brand exposure in online channels during campaigns.Perform any tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.Proven experience in e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, or Enablers).Productive, dependable, with strong initiative and results-oriented.
