E-Commerce Growth Lead - Onsite

The E-Commerce Growth Lead will be the driver of E-commerce business growth in Philippines. You will work alongside while rallying the support from the product, sales and marketing team to develop growth strategies, conduct continual evaluation of business performance. You will be the domain expert in e-commerce growth, system development and automation, designing sound digital marketing plan and marketing technologies implementation – You will also have proven track record of implementing and growing digital businesses.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of the e-commerce strategy to achieve business goals
Evaluate e-commerce business performance continuously to provide recommendations, solutions, and action plan to achieve growth.
Work closely with cross-functional support team including product and marketing to ensure efficient and effective execution of promotional or product campaigns.
Lead e-commerce teams by best practices and know-hows
Support digital marketing planning and optimization, operation enhancement and data analysis.
Drive customer engagement and conversions through innovative digital experience
Work with system developing partner to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the Online Store and responsible for all on-site content.
Responsible for all performance metrics including page views, time on page, add-to-cart rate, user acquisition, conversions, average order value, transactions, and revenue.

Qualifications:
Degree in business, marketing, or any relevant field.
3+ year experience with proven tracking record in growing revenue and transactions in e-commerce
Deep knowledge in e-commerce growth, system development and performance marketing
Possess good business acumen.
Attention to results, excellent analytical skills, and ability to multi-task.
Deep passion for e-commerce and up to date on latest digital marketing innovations and trend
Degree in business, marketing, or relevant faculties
Strong passion and knowledge in technology are a plus.
Outstanding skills of communication, presentation, collaboration, project management and team management
Self-driven, passionate about impacting business with data.
Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.
