Fast expanding telecom company in the Philippines committed to transforming the telecom market with cutting-edge services and technologies. The organization was founded in 2021 with the goal of improving nationwide connection and offering reasonably priced, high-quality services for communication.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree holder; MBA is an advantage. 5 years total experience in end-to-end E-commerce experience. 3-5 years management experience. Knowledge in strategizing traffic generation and conversion on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. Can start as soon as possible is a plus. Responsibilities: Develop and execute campaign structure and strategy, targeting tactics, and cadence for reporting, performance reviews, and forward planning. Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics to optimize revenue growth and customer acquisition. Develop and implement strategies for traffic generation and conversion on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. Develop and adapt go-to-market, seller/brand growth, and merchandise strategies tailored to the local market to ensure alignment with evolving business needs. Possess a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and value propositions, while crafting business proposals based on the insights. Recruitment Process:
