E-Commerce Business Development Lead

ABOUT THE JOB

· Increase the brand's awareness especially its online presence by attending events and network functions to promote the brand and to create new business leads.

· Conducts market research and identify emerging trend and competitive threats and new business opportunities for the company especially in online platforms (Shopee, TikTok and Lazada).

· Create business plan and leads team members to ensure KPI's and targets are being archive

· Prepares and present business proposals to current and future e-commerce partners.

· Build and Maintain business strategic partnership with cooperate partners, affiliates, content creators. Multi-Channel Network (MCN) & TikTok Shop Partner (TSP)

· Analization of data for marketing

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication.

· Proven experience in business development and partnerships within the consulting or related industry.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

· Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
