E-Commerce Brand Analyst 25K - 35K Start Asap

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
- Resolving issues and setting clear and appropriate expectations with customers
- Meeting and exceeding Artica Customer Service SLAs and KPIs
- Clearly understanding and responding empathetically to the issues that customers present
- Consistently executes a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written or oral response to customers
- Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
- Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, while adhering to Artica protocol
- Setting up customer return requests and replacement orders
- Some of our products require installation or assembly, so the ability to troubleshoot and provide clear and easy to follow technical assistance is essential

**Qualifications**:

- **At least 1 year of experience in any US E-commerce platforms e.g.
Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.

- Average to Exceptional communication skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Analytical use of data
- Knowledge in PPC, SEO
- Organized and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work methodically and follow a process

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
