E-Commerce And Purchasing Operations, Part Time

This is a work-from-home position.
**Role**:

- Prepare purchase orders and warehouse projects
- Assist with e-commerce operations (Amazon, WooCommerce, and Etsy)
- Contact suppliers or couriers to resolve issues (damaged shipments, incorrect billing, customs delays, etc.)
**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Have fast, reliable internet connection, with a backup source (must)
- Excellent communicator in English and comfortable on the phone
- Proficient with Google Spreadsheets and numbers
- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator a plus

**You will gain invaluable experience**:

- How the e-commerce retail and wholesale industry works

**Schedule and duration**:

- Should be available from 9am to noon Eastern Time (Toronto Time)
