WHAT IS A/AN e-Commerce Administrative Assistant
The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for the day-to-day management of ecommerce projects as approved by the business, including the planning, implementation and ongoing support of those projects.
Working with and monitoring the performance of vendors on ecommerce project with a focus on testing, confirming agreed scopes a delivered in full and ensuring any required training and/or documentation is available post implementation.
This role will have a core focus on Front End ecommerce projects which center around the user experience and display of content on all Ecommerce sites.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
E-commerce Content and Site Management
Executes E-commerce strategy and tactics as directed to create a seamless customer focused Omni channel experience for customers to enhance trade.
Develops and manages products on the website including image management, uploading and maintaining product information.
Monitors & regular tests pricing across all King Living websites.
Working directly with other business units to ensure department specific content is kept accurate and up to date.
Digital Transformation
Assisting in the onboarding of new technologies that will ensure the companies ecommerce sites will be industry leaders.
Assisting in the onboarding or developing of new technologies/processes that enable online sales to increase across all ecommerce sites.
Assisting in the onboarding or developing of new technologies/processes that improve the customer experience on all ecommerce sites.
Site Maintenance & Administration
Reports any bugs and issues that arise with the websites to the manager or directly to the web development agency where appropriate
Actioning all relevant escalated support desk requests that relate to user experience or content
Supporting help desk with other ticket related to ecommerce when required
Assists and contributes to the Marketing team on events and campaigns.

Experienced Magento e-commerce platform user desired, experience in at least 1 of the following Ecommerce platforms essential: Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify or WooCommerce
Experience in Photoshop is desired
Knowledge of HTML & CSS is desired
