\n What you'll do:Execute plans to continuously improve the onboarding output and deliver oversupply of fleet trucksIdentify fleet companies/organizations to tap to generate potential operator leads and champion the networking and relationship buildingConduct driver recruitment events and activities to continuously build fleet operator pipelinePrepare and present weekly & monthly performance reviewsReview departmental processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvements What we seek: Experience in Business Development and/or Corporate Sales to help you pin down reliable and steady sources of truck operator leads and establish business relationships Data and performance driven to recognize leverage and make the best decisions for the business in every situationMust have an enthusiastic attitude and passionate about making our driver communities grow What you'll need: At least 2 years of relevant experience in people management and in the sourcing of truck operators, working with car/truck dealerships, banks/financial institutions, trucking associations Experience in on-demand delivery or traditional logistics is a plus Proficiency in MS Office applications Must be good with data analysis, reports and presentations Must be willing to report onsite in our Angeles Hub (Gruppo Del diamante, Magalang Avenue, Brgy. Pandan, Angeles City, Pampanga) and travel as needed to different provinces.
