We are looking for a Driver Operations Associate who will help work together with the Fleet Onboarding team as we continue to deliver our vision.
\n What you'll do:Execute plans to continuously improve the onboarding output and deliver oversupply of fleet trucksIdentify fleet companies/organizations to tap to generate potential operator leads and champion the networking and relationship buildingConduct driver recruitment events and activities to continuously build fleet operator pipelinePrepare and present weekly & monthly performance reviewsReview departmental processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvements What we seek:Must have an enthusiastic attitude and passionate about making our driver communities growExperience in Business Development and/or Corporate Sales to help you pin down reliable and steady sources of truck operator leads and establish business relationshipsStrong sense of prioritization and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time without compromising qualityData and performance driven to recognize leverage and make the best decisions for the business in every situation What you'll need:At least 2 years of relevant experience in people management and in the sourcing of truck operators, working with car/truck dealerships, banks/financial institutions, trucking associations , car and truck rentalsExperience in on-demand delivery or traditional logistics is a plusProficiency in MS Office applicationsMust be good with data analysis, reports and presentationsMust be willing to be assigned in Cebu and travel as needed
