Shall handle the Company vehicle with extra care in as much as these are entrusted for use in relation of work.
Shall check and maintain cleanliness of the vehicles before leaving and upon arrival in the office.
Shall keep the hand trucks or wheelers in their proper place. Loss of these equipment and/or tools shall be chargeable to the responsible person either through salary deduction or commission.
Shall refrain from giving ride to unauthorized persons with prior written approval from the office signed by Branch In-charge/OM.
Shall accomplish Daily Trip Ticket with odometer readings to the Logistics & Fleet Supervisor to ensure the whereabouts.
Shall park the assigned vehicles for the night and after every trip inside the Company premises.
Shall be responsible for daily checking of its assigned units as to water refilling at its reservoir and radiator, oil checkup if it reaches its desired level, brake fluid level, power steering ATF, tires, stop light, head light, etc.
Shall be answerable from damages caused by reckless driving evidenced by the Police Accident Report.
Shall be answered for the Towing Fee charges in cases of violation such as but not limited to illegal parking.
Shall deliver goods to assigned outlets only.
Shall be accountable together with the rest of the team for all stocks and revolving fund entrusted and to answer for any discrepancy thereof.
Shall assist the team in conducting physical inventory count.
Shall be responsible in taking all other functions as maybe needed by the Logistic
department such as unloading of stocks especially on days that there is no delivery schedule,
Shall double check all stocks as per Delivery Receipt (DR) before loading to panel and signing the document.
Qualifications:
* Candidate must possess at least a High School graduate/ college level
* With Van selling experience
* Know how to drive Panel; Vehicle with Drivers License 123
*Can start immediately
