?Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
?Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and goings.
?Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
?Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
?Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
?Updating monthly mileage records.
?Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
?Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
?Transporting staff members and products to the destination point
?Regularly washing and cleaning the vehicle
?Ensuring the safety of staff members during the journey or travel
?Maintaining a record of vehicle maintenance receipts
?Reporting to work on time and in complete uniform
?Perform daily inspections on all assigned vehicles, at the beginning of each shift.
