Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical course Preferably with experience in a food processing plant Must have basic trouble shooting and repair skills Can multi-task and work independently Committed to work quality and safety Responsibilities:

Set up and calibrate machines at the beginning of each shift to ensure proper working order Control and adjust functions and setting of machines to specified parameters Perform testing procedures to ensure machines work optimally during production Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift Monitor machines during every production Troubleshoot and repair problems during machine operations Ensure that regular and preventive maintenance procedures are carried out Perform safety check on every machine Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output Create and maintain activity logs Provide relevant information to Processing Supervisor Communicate machine trouble with DP Engineering Team
