Draftsman

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Drafting Technology or equivalentProven work experience as a Draftsman in an Engineering or Architectural Firm for at least 2 years,Knowledgeable of PhotoShop, Computer-Aided Design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and Lumion for well for 3D modeling toolsExcellent technical skillsHaving a keen eye for detailAbility to work independently and collaborativelyGood time management and organizational skillsMS Office application knowledgeableAbility to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines Duties and Responsibilities: Creating technical drawings as per the specifications and calculations providedUsing CAD software and modeling tools to create rough sketches as well as detailed drawingsCommunicating with the Engineers and Architects to determine the technical requirementsSubmitting the drafts to the Engineering team for reviewEnsuring that the final designs meet the industry standards and building regulationsPrepare a working drawing (AS- built plan) within the required time frame
