Draftsman

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably a graduate of BSIT- major in Architectural Drafting, Civil Technology or Drafting Technology or other related course

Must have atleast 2 years experience with architectural firm or construction company

Must have knowledge in architectural 3D and Rendering

Must be exposed with Industrial, Commercial and Residential projects

Must be highly intuitive and can work under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting immediate head in preparations of CAD drawings and Lay-outs

Process building, occupancy permits and other documents related to building construction

Helps in keeping and maintaining the updated as-built of the site and buildings

Monitoring the inventory of stock level of construction materials

Drafting and detailing of Architectural, Structural and Electrical plans.
