DRAFTSMAN / 3D RENDERER

Draftsman

**Responsibilities**:
Use computer-aided design software to create 3D and 2D technical drawings

Make changes to technical drafts based on the recommendations of the project engineers and architects

Calculate dimensions and material requirements

Outline the construction process of the project on the technical drawings

The Draftsperson is responsible for the preparation of architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided.

Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
- Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.

Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team.

Draftsman Requirements and Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering, or a relevant field

Experience with AutoCAD software (1-2 years minimum)

Experience with SolidWorks software a plus

Math skills

Attention to detail

Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering

Minimum 1 year to 2 years working experience in architecture and construction.

Autocad,3Ds Max, Vray, Sketchup & Lumion
