Performs timely transmittal and delivery of complete and accurate documents to head office based on established deadlinesMonitors and proper safekeeps all the data and records at all timesPerforms on-time compliance with government regulatory documents such as but not limited to; vehicle registrations and stickersAssists BU HR Representative for on time compliance of annual business permitsAccomplishes timely preparation of cash advance and petty cash replenishments and submits to Trucking Head for checking and verification of documents attachedPerforms daily task of segregating, filing, and safekeeping of all trucking related documentsMonitors and controls the safekeeping and inventory of the issued stocks and supplies i.e. ; Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), office supplies, mechanics', drivers' and helpers' tools.
