Documentation Staff

-Performs timely transmittal and delivery of complete and accurate documents to head office based on established deadlines
-Monitors and proper safekeeps all the data and records at all times
-Performs on-time compliance with government regulatory documents such as but not limited to; vehicle registrations and stickers
-Assists BU HR Representative for on time compliance of annual business permits
-Accomplishes timely preparation of cash advance and petty cash replenishments and submits to Trucking Head for checking and verification of documents attached
-Performs daily task of segregating, filing, and safekeeping of all trucking related documents
-Monitors and controls the safekeeping and inventory of the issued stocks and supplies i.e. ; Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), office supplies, mechanics', drivers' and helpers' tools.
