Documentation Officer

Details of the offer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Document processing for overseas clients in order to obtain work permits, visa processing etc.
2. Documentation for visa submission for Embassies / consulates.
3. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the relevant parties.
4. Ensures that all documentation requirements are complete and accurate
5. Knowledge in international flight booking processes
6. Maintain contacts and database of all airlines and agencies for easy booking schedules
7. Upkeep the documents and records of the applicants.
8. Preparing documents for dispatch for visa processing
9. Prepare all documentation requirements for dispatch of hired workers for overseas employment


QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience in a Recruitment Agency preferable.
2. Strong knowledge of Documentation and Passport Handling.
3. Should be able to work under pressure.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Technical and professional expertise
6. Efficient and excellent time management skill.
7. Excellent team player


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
