Documentation Officer

**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Responsible for checking & preparing all pertinent documents needed and required by the company in order to ensure validity of the documents.
- Communicates and coordinates to clients and customers about the status of crew documents.
- Process the deployment papers such as but not limited to visa, contracts, oec, poea documents etc.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must possess a Bachelor's degree Graduate of Management or equivalent;
- Minimum of 1 months year work-related experience as Visa Officer/Assistant Compliance Officer/Assistant
- Experience in the international agency is a must
- Must be hardworking, flexible and adaptable
- Strong organizational skill & attention to details
- At least 1yr of experience in schengen visa
