**Job Qualification**
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in documentation management, management of electronic documents and filing
- Open for atleast 2 years in college but has the relevant experience
- Capable of working from home and has the necessary tools like Internet connectivity but applicants must be willing to work in ALABANG if needed
- Preferably someone with experience in SERVICENOW, OPENTEXT, DOCUMENTUM, SHAREDRIVE, or any documentation migration/management tools.
- Strong command of the English Language.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Must be highly attentive to details, organize and a multitasker
- Comfortable in communication and servicing global offices in different regions
- Must be sensitive to highly confidential information, willing to be trained and can work under mínimal supervision
- Preferably someone with experience in data management/data privacy/retention of documents, audit of electronic documents, handling of in and out of documents and processing requests
- Can start immediately
- Open to work on a project based employment (12 months).
High possibility of extension.
- Must be open to work either dayshift or nightshift
**Job Scope**:
- Support in managing employee electronic documents and ensure completeness and accuracy of each employee documents stored in all supported HR system.
- Collation and filing of employee electronic files and ensure completeness of the documents stored in each employee folder
- Ensure accuracy of electronic files saved in correct employee folders by conducting audits on saved electronic document folders for employees.
- Assist in retrieving of requested employee electronic documents
- Maintain confidentiality on employee electronic documents
**Salary**: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
