• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Computer Science
• Knowledgeable in business analysis, project management, process improvement implementation
• Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in any business analysis or project management role for a financial or non-financial institution
• Very strong communication skills (oral and written), strong analytical skills, exposure to project lifecycle, multi-dimensional thinker, multi-tasker
• Persistent, curious, and with ardent desire to learn new process/standards/industry practice and creative
