Documentation And Compliance Officer

Accountable for representing the department as Document Control Coordinator.
- He/She shall review and update all departmental processes and QMS-related documentation, and shall ensure that the department adheres with the ISO requirements and compliance.
- Reviews, monitors and coordinates QMS-related and/or ISO-related tasks within the department such as collation and submission of QOT Results, handling of Corrective Action Reports and the likes for compliance.
- Monitors, documents and compiles issues and concerns (e.g.
Insurance
- Commission (IC) and Non-IC complaints) that are critical to the company.
- Performance of other tasks that may be assigned by the Documentation and Compliance Manager.
**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Document management systems: 3 years (preferred)
- ISO: 2 years (preferred)
