The overall objective of the Document Writer is to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of the company?s products and services. He/She must also be able to create easy to follow guides, task instructions and overview of workflows on how a task is done to complete the process according to the preferences of VBP?s client.
 
Main duties include:
Work with the Onboarding Team and the Documentation Analysts to document the initial tasks to assign from the newly-onboarded client and to any upgrades
Produce high-quality and easy-to-understand manuals and guides
Use images, drawings, diagrams, and charts that increase user?s understanding
Build the client intranet that will be used by the client
Convert any training video into a working guide to be utilised be the team member assigned to the client
Edit client training videos
Prepare workflows and swim-lane diagrams
Prepare
manuals or step-by-step guides of the clients? processesSuccessful applicants should:
Graduate of any four (4) year course / Bachelor?s Degree; preferably AB Linguistics,
AB Communication Arts/Mass Communication; or undergraduate of any bachelor?s degree with at least two (2) years working experience in any related field
Excellent written and communications skills in English
Strong working knowledge with GSuite (GDrive, Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Presentation)
Basic familiarity of the following tools:
Google Sites
Screensteps
Lucidchart/Visio
Highly organized and keen to attention to details
