QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of Business studies/Administration/Office Management.At least 2-5 years' experience in Document Management and Safekeeping.Good organizational, planning, interpersonal and analytical skills.Ability to apply and adapt records management standards and best practices effectively in the organization's context.
Keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of archival practices and data privacy laws.Ability to utilize information technology and computer and internet systems to accomplish tasks; Comfortable with exploring new technologies (e.g., MS Access, MS Excel, Canvas, Google Drive, etc).High level of integrity and confidentiality.Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
Sales/Leasing experience gained from a bank or leasing and finance company is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviews completeness of documents for registration and encumbrance for Auto / Home / BML to be forwarded to the Registration in charge.Releasing of Collateral for a fully paid account for loansHandles the custodianship of Credit Folders for loansCoordinates with internal and external business partners to accomplish regulatory and non-regulatory documents. Sending notifications and correspondence.Accommodates requests of internal and external clients.Facilitates payment of Hub's utilities such as office supplies, power, water, notarial, and other related transactions.Handles customer complaints related to consumer lending transactions.Process Insurance Claims.
