RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implements and ensures uniform and consistent method for the control and handling essentials documentation and data related to the integrated management system.
• Initiates, identifies, reviews, issues and maintains controlled documents.
• Supervises, maintains and ensures the effective implementation of policies and procedures related to the document control center in their perspective department/project site.
• Ensures that all documents related to the integrated management system, such as but not limited to, the IMS Manual, IMS System Procedures, Work Instructions Manual, and controlled forms of current issue.
• Ensures that the proper records of date are implemented and all appropriate documentation is updated to reflect the change.
• Ensures that all external documents such as customer drawings, specifications and reference documents are the latest versions and are available at the appropriate locations.
• Ensures that all obsolete documents are retrieved from all points of used and disposed of in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensures that all records related to the control of documents such as document master list, document approving and reviewing matrix, document revision requests are available.
• Performs other task that may be assign from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of ANY 4-year course.
• At least 6 months experience in documentation and records management.
• Proficient in the use of various Microsoft office applications.
