Job Overview

A Document Controller is responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents. The Document Controller is also responsible for the workflow and record keeping of electronic or hard copy documents , either for a special project, department or an entire organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
Creates systems to manage company documents
Communicate and collaborate with Department Heads
Copy, scan, and store documents
File documents in physical and digital record
Create and update company official templates for future use
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
Monitor incoming and outgoing documents
Make available, notify, and distribute documents to relevant recipients
Perform other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 2 years' experience in document management
Able to pro-actively manage database changes using software management systems
Extremely organize and efficient
Detail-orientated and meticulous work ethic
