Document Controller

Details of the offer

- Preparing, organizing, filing, and moving documents. This includes creating document templates, numbering and labeling documents, and converting paper documents to digital formats

- Ensuring documents are stored safely and securely. For electronic records, this may involve using passwords and encryption. For hard copies, this may include restricting access to storage cabinets

- Ensuring documents comply with legal and business regulations
- Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
- Scanning, copying, and distributing documents to project team members and owners
- Tracking documents to maintain confidentiality
- Training employees on document control procedures and document systems
- Reviewing document control procedures and making adjustments to match business needs and industry best practices
- Liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements
