Job description
A Document Controller is a professional who maintains organized and updated documents for a business. Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents as well as ensuring proper and secure storage.

Job Responsibilities:

Copy, scan and store documents according to company procedure
Print and distribute documents as needed
Distribute project-related copies to internal team
Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control
File documents in physical and digital records
Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
Handle records across various departments
Collect and register all technical documents in the company's system
Participates in ISO activities and supports its goals and objectives in achieving conformity to the international standards and best practices.
Implements and complies with the ISO 9001: 2015 QMS current version
Ensure all documentation is controlled, accurate, current, and compliant with ISO 9001: 2015
Coordinate the approval process for new and revised documents, ensuring timely review and authorization.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any related field
Knowledgeable about the ISO 9001: 2015
Proven experience as a document controller
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Keen to detail
Highly organized
Ability to Multitask


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
