BS Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Computer Science
3 to 5 years work experience as a Business Process Spceialist, Documentation Specialist or Policy Specialist
Must have good working knowledge in standardization of processes and procedures
Strong background in business process design, policy documentation, business writing, project management and quality assurance testing
Possess both hard and soft skills: Customer Service, decision making, making facilitation, supervisory and professionalism
