District Sales Leader -South Mindanao

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Attain the set target of each district based on business potential and aligned with company strategic goals.Execute and oversee strategic sales plan, program and activity to meet the specific target under sales initiatives and the CTS (Cost-to-sales) of each program/project prior endorsement to CEO.Responsible to conduct monthly business review with GTA and DSP.Submission of Weekly Highlight report to be submitted to GTC.Endorse operational issues of support team (Supply Chain, Credit and Collection).Attain KRA/KPI (AL & Distributor).Execute district tactical objective and action plan.Review of GTA and DSP KRA/KPI.Analyze and manage distributor inventory report per month.Consolidate and review of sell out report to be submitted to GTC on a monthly basis.Monthly sales review with GTC.Monthly review of collection report with GTC.Endorse prospect distributors.Develop new customers with GTA.Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales generation.Endorse DES, RFCM, RGAS for GTC approval.Visit Distributors and Key Accounts.Endorse for credit approval.Evaluation of distributor performance.Review of Class A, B, and C accounts.Act as Trade Marketers. Execute marketing programs to GT. Recommend Trade Marketing programs. Report competitors activities.Create BPP for approval of GTC.Create BPA for approval of GTC.Train GTA, Distributor and DSP.Train good warehouse keeping.Train operations and logistics.Conduct seminars and training to stores and customers.Train for IT Solutions like sales force and Odoo.Directly reporting to GTC.REPORTS: Consolidated Sell out Report - MonthlyConsolidated DES - WeeklyInventory Report - MonthlyDTR - Twice a monthHighlight Report - WeeklyJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
