District Manager For Trade Merchandising

Job Description:

Oversee the operations of multiple stores, work sites, or locations within a specific region. Primary responsibilities include the recruitment and training of store merchandisers, the setting of regional goals and ensuring that the stores they supervise adhere to relevant company and industry regulations.

This role will be managing a team of Trade Merchandising Representatives and oversee proper execution of trade marketing plans & promotions.

The manager must ensure that all key performance indicators are achieved by the team.

Work closely with the National Sales Manager and the sales team to ensure trade marketing and merchandising strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.

Qualification:

College Graduate of any 4year course

At least 2 years District Manager in Trade Merchandising

Able to handle Trade Merchandisers in different territory

Amenable to be assigned in Visayas & Mindanao

Can start ASAP

Experience:

District Manager in the Trade Merchandising Industry: 2 years (Required)

Trade Marketing Industry: 2 years (Required)
