Distributor Specialist

Distributor Specialist is responsible for handling direct serviced outlets of the Company in the area assigned in order to meet the monthly
sales volume objectives, carry out the standard of merchandising, coordinate to execute trade marketing programs and ensure timely
collection of account.

Salary: 20K-35K SALARY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE)
Locations: MANILA, CAGAYAN, MINDORO, SAMAR, LEYTE, DAVAO, ZAMBOANGA, CARAGA REGION (MINDANAO)

Education: Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course

Management of Assigned Accounts:
1. Achieve the assigned Sales Target, Distribution (Retail Performance Standard or RPS), Collection and Merchandising
objectives in the assigned Accounts/Territory.
2. Monitor and record the daily activity and productivity through the Daily Sales Activity Reports (DSAR), Customer Call Cards and Customer Collection Jackets to ensure the achievement of assigned sales budgets for the assigned Accounts.
3. Identify sales areas for improvement, formulate plans and programs necessary to the Accounts in communicate with his/her RGM, and get approval by RGM.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Previous FMCG sales experience is an advantage

Products Awareness : Reviewing the updated pricelist and memos to be updated with the company products and pricing.Explain the different products and its features to Trade Customers and/or potential customers.
Other Job-Related Tasks
Ensure Integrity, Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness (I-ACT) in the submission of reports.Perform other job-related duties and functions that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
