Distributor Sales Supervisor

Supervise and lead the sales team in the designated area/ Region.- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.- Monitor individual and team KPIs.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.- Attend to and resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly.- Generate and analyze sales reports to assess performance versus targets.- Provide timely and accurate reports to sales directors, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.- Monitor expenses and PWPs (Program Work Plan) of agents.- Able to manage Distributors in assigned area.
