(TMPI) is looking for a DISTRIBUTOR SALES SPECIALIST for Pet Nutrition Brand- Multinational company- With competitive starting salary- With great sales incentives plus commissions- With guaranteed allowances (per diem, transportation, internet, and communication)- With strong career development programs.AREA COVERAGE:- Negros Occidental - Bacolod Based- iloilo City - Panay based- IsabelaSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, Marketing Management or any related field.- With a minimum of 2 years' experience as Distributor Specialist, Distributor Manager or Supervisor or equivalent is REQUIRED.- With a minimum of 2 years in Sales in FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods) handling General Trade Accounts or Pet Industry is REQUIRED.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target- Flexible, Multi-Tasking and Keen to details- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word and PPT)- Good technical knowledge- Passion for the Pet IndustryJOB SUMMARY - SCOPE OF WORK:- Manages partner distributor(s) in specified area.- Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance.- Responsible for planning and execution of area initiatives.- Develops and executes distributor sales processes, account and area and channel specific strategies and trade programs to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual volume plan.- Analyzes sell-in and sell-out of distributors and implements key strategies including sales and marketing programs to achieve growth targets.- Utilizes data from the Distributor Team in developing the area's monthly, quarterly, and annual volume forecast by SKU and by category.- Drives the quarterly business reviews and the monthly meetings with the distributor's management team- Conducts fieldworks and on the job training/learning sessions for distributor sales personnel, documents on the job learning and reviews performance, identifies performance gaps, and formulates training programs- Reports directly to ASM/RSM assigned to the area
