Distributor Manager - Region 2

Job Responsibilities
Manages and strengthens the business partnership with Distributors.Ensures Distributors'' operations are efficient and effective, i.e., warehouse & inventory management,
logistics, sales force, etc.
Implement, follow up and update the Field Sales Plan for the assigned Distributor/sEnsures Distributors are performing their roles and achieving the KPI target set by NabatiWorks with key partners to ensure vendor targets are achieved by leveraging both vendor-led and internally-funded campaigns and activations.Creates and implements category growth strategiesOwns the setting up, tracking, insights, and preparation of a quality post-mortem to ensure that activations are continuously improved uponWorks with the marketing team to launch and track campaign performanceProvides key input for the marketing team's campaigns
Job Requirements
BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant fieldAt least 5 years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organizationStrong negotiation, leadership, and communication skillsAnalytical and creative thinkingExquisite communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-oriented approach with aptitudeAbility to travel as neededAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAmenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
