Teaching and coaching Area Distributor Sales Personnel (DSP) Achievement of sales objectives (Sales To Trade, Reach, Must Carry based on Must Execute Daily, Opening of New Channel/s Ensures market program execution Create and present proposals/desired programs per Sales channel to the Area Manager and GT Channel Head for approval JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. Will handle Davao. Must have at least 3 years selling experience specializing in general trade accounts and other channels of distribution preferably selling fast-moving consumer goods. Knows how to drive (with valid Driver's License RC 1 2). Able to demonstrate innovation and good judgment; has sufficient problem solving and decision-making skills Excellent ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies Works well under pressure, has professional conduct, and with good communication skills Honest and trustworthy Willing to be assigned in Davao.
