Demand generation• Develop and maintain a network of architects and consultants generating project for the Company• Access to project pipeline of distributors/architects/contractors • Allocate the Company projects to contractors/distributors and monitor progress • Manage in the territory leads generated by the Company marketing activities and transform it into salesContractors' management• Develop a network of roofing and waterproofing contractors capable to install the Company's solutions for new projects and renovation (double roof system)• To organize and animate training sessions with distributors' sales persons : physical and online• To coordinate with the Company's technical team for detailed drawings and installation preparationChannel Management• To manage and develop existing distribution network• To regularly visit existing stores selling the Company to maintain display/stocking level• To manage documentation, facilitate customer needs and requirements • To organize regularly training of distributor's sales person • To extend the Company's presence by opening new distributors in identified strategic areas Orders management• Collect payment as per invoice conditions • Track fulfillment of each project delivery Skills and Requirements• Good network with the local construction community, contractors and architects.• She/he has a 3-5 years successful sales experience in the construction industry with an experience in handling professional distribution and modern trade channels• She/ He has a good distribution network in the territory• She/he is autonomous, able to organize her/himself within framework provided by management • She/he capable to develop local marketing campaign. • She/he is capable to present to an audience of 25-30 people
