Distribution Coordinator

Assist the Distribution Planners with creation of inland and offshore delivery documentations, filing and monitoring.
- Responsible in the disbursement of clearing funds for Chartered Vessels.
- Responsible in the monitoring of the disbursed clearing funds.
- Make follow through on the unliquidated disbursed funds.
- Shall ensure that SP of Finance in liquidating all the requested or released funds is met.
- Assist in ensuring that funds are not depleted of cash.
- Assign in processing of billings for charter vessels, ports usage and other distribution related billings.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:

- Graduate of any 4-year course or any Business-related course.
- With high integrity in handling funds.
- Good knowledge of MS Office specifically MS Excel.
- Must be attentive with details.
- Can work with mínimal supervision.
- With Distribution/Warehouse experience is a plus.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
