Dispatch Planner-Cebu

- Responsible for coordinating to Sales Admin for confirmations of delivery schedules and advisories.

· Coordination to warehouse, production, and planning department for stocks allocations.

· Close coordination with PSD for pull-out and repaired item transactions prior to delivery.

· Prepare Gatepass, Trip Activity Report, Delivery Checklist, Diesel PO, Pullout attachments, and other necessary documents for delivery.

· Prepare daily dispatch report, logistics report, and logistics KPI report.

· Close coordination and communications with delivery team.

· Prepare request for trucking and 3rdParty Hauler Clearance.

· Daily transfer of PSD returned documents from deliveries.

Qualifications

· Graduate of any 4 year course or at least 2ndyear college level.

· High planning & time management skills.

· High analytical skills

· Good in written & oral communication skills

· Good interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Goal oriented, team player and self-motivated.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
