Dispatch Coordinator

The Dispatch Coordinator at Staff4Me plays a crucial role in ensuring that all dispatch operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is responsible for managing the logistics of dispatching service technicians to various locations, maintaining clear communication between teams, and ensuring that all necessary resources are available for successful service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule appointments for service technicians based on availability and customer needs. Monitor and manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatching of resources. Act as a point of contact for customers and technicians, addressing inquiries and providing updates on service status. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of dispatch operations, including schedules and technician assignments. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize dispatch processes and improve operational efficiency. Assist in resolving any issues that arise related to dispatch coordination. Other related duties as assigned to support department goals. Previous experience in a dispatch or coordination role preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using dispatch or scheduling software.
