Dispatch Auditor

The CSS Dispatch Auditor supporting the NOC should be a creative individual with a proven track record of fix challenging business problems. This individual will need to be detail-oriented, with an acumen for analyzing data and process. He/she will need to be able to work in collaboration with business owners to drill deep into complex issues, get a clear understanding of the current process, and then make recommendations on process solutions, improvements and streamlining.
Select workload in ServiceNow Audit all dispatches for correct billing Ensure the notes justify the Scope selected "If it is not in the notes it did not happen" Ensure the parts captured in Dispatch parts Scope is also justified by the notes Change the questions in the WOT to tell what actually happened Choose correct information, billing included for Dispatch Parts Manipulate Time and date to fit dispatch parameters. Ensure Scope is met Strong reader Can navigate ServiceNow and WorkMarket Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
