Position: Disbursement Specialist

Work Location: Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Salary: Php 25,000 -Php 30,000
Work Set Up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Bachelor Degree Accountancy, Banking and Finance or any related course.
Has 1-2 years' experience in Disbursement Specialist.
Experience in Accounting Software is an advantage
Amendable to work on site.
Can start as soon as possible is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Records transactions by defined Chart of Accounts to ensure financial records are accurately reported.
Ensures that appropriate taxes are applied, that is withholding or final tax for every disbursement transaction
Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports.
Responsible for determining the amount and collecting contract debts whenever overpayments or erroneous payments have been made.
