About this opportunity As the Director Total Rewards EMEA you will be responsible for overseeing the Compensation and Benefit programs for the EMEA region. In partnership with the Total Rewards team, you will assist with the design and implementation of regional compensation and benefit programs.
In this role, you will… Lead and develop the EMEA compensation and benefit functionLead the EMEA mobility functionLead the EMEA HR Operations functionLead a direct team of compensation and benefits specialistsPlan, develop, redesign benefits, and analyze benefit costs; ensure programs are current with regard to trends, industry practices, costs and laws.Assist with the design of the Global Compensation strategy for the companyAssist with the development, preparation, and distribution of benefit communication materials including fleet managementEvaluate and implement an effective wellness strategy for the company through programs and initiatives intended to benefit the health and well-being of employeesPrepare quarterly Compa Ratio reports and make recommendations based on findingsPartner with HR Systems and the Global Total Rewards team to manage compensation programs, including annual merit process and performance bonus programPartner with HR Leadership to develop compensation materials for review by the Compensation CommitteeWork with Sr. Leadership on the design and pool for the long-term incentive program. Assist with the development, preparation, and distribution of compensation communication materials.Provide guidance on compensation practices to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leadersManage the daily operations of the EMEA compensation and benefits programsAdvise/counsel local and international management on domestic and international compensation issues, evaluate practicesOversee the job analysis/job evaluation process for EMEABe responsible for identifying trends within the industry and specific regions of business operationsPartner with the Global Total Rewards team on compensation issuesSelect and oversee participation in domestic and international compensation surveys for the EMEA RegionSupport the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation tools and systemsParticipate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and team goalsAdvise/counsel local and international management on domestic and international compensation issues, evaluate practicesLiaison with Corporate office on all international compensation issuesMonitor and evaluate the company's benefits programs including: insurance programs, retirement plans, sick leave, time off and vacation policies.Analyze benefits costs; ensure programs are current with regard to trends, industry practices, costs and local laws and regulationsCoordinate vendor managementMaintain a working knowledge of all laws influencing compensation and benefits.Liaison and coordinate with Global Total Rewards on compensation and benefitsComplete and deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as neededMaintain compliance as requiredIn this role, you'll need … Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience10+ years of experience including a minimum 6 years of experience with Benefits and Compensation administration in a regional setting4+ years team management and coaching experienceProficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and WordKnowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred)Good English Communication skillsExcellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, strategic planning, teamwork, customer service, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, leadership, motivational, and presentation skills.
